I moved from Florida to Los Angeles in 2014 to pursue my Southern-California-journalism dream. Over the past 10 years, I've interned at a highly respected magazine, reviewed theater across the city, and created content and written blogs for a well-known candy company.

My love of the English language propelled me into magazine and feature writing, while at the same time opening my eyes to short, punchy wordplay that grabs the readers' attentions.

When I'm not typing puns, plays-on-words, and blog ideas into my Notes app, I can be found hiking in Griffith Park, driving along Mulholland with my windows down, or researching a recipe to use at dinnertime.
